 WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2022 - CHANGE IS INEVITABLE

Guess what, change is inevitable.  The status quo rarely remains for a long time.  Someday I’m going to die (and so are you).  I can drag my feet, or I can embrace change.  (It might help to work on understanding the change).

Yesterday I wrote about transformation.  I cited a former student who has transformed herself from an obese lady to a super fit, leader.

I also introduced the concept that LOVE IS TRANSFORMATIVE.

While I can only change one person - myself, I can love everybody (that sure is easier to write and say - than to actually love some people who are almost unlovable.)

“Love your neighbor as yourself” - that implies that You LOVE You!!  Can your self-love be transformational - to YOU?  Can you like yourself - even with your flaws and mistakes?  

And can you make changes to yourself - not to an old bitty, but a loving grandparent!!
