Some years ago, I signed up to get notices from the Society of Happy People (sohp.com).  I get little notices and encouragement about happiness.

Today, August 8, 2024, is the 25th anniversary of the Society of Happy People!!  The Declaration of Independence has three things:  Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

Happiness is a choice—we can choose to be happy (or sad and moody).

Reading these 31 categories is positive.  Are you a person who celebrates themselves and others?  Do you have humor?  How about Nostalgic?  And, are you respected?  

Pick a topic - meditate on it for a few minutes.

Today (and pretty much everyday) I am most of these categories.  I am grateful for all that has happened (“In everything, give THANKS”).

Yup - I’m fun and playful!!!  

AND - I have a huge (not - HUGE) smile decorating my face today!!!
